Starting Martial Arts

JCCC Martial Arts Policies

  • An active JCCC Membership and a free martial arts group membership are required. This can be completed through the registration portal.

  • Class fees must be paid in full by the registration deadline. Please note that all payments are final, and no refund or deferral of fee will be issued.   

  • Registration after the deadline will be subject to administrative fees. Please see our policy here for more information.

  • Please note that each Martial Arts Class has its own registration time and minimum age for acceptance. 

 

Family Discount

All families can enjoy a 10% discount for any multiple registrations within the family across any of our martial arts disciplines. This is available through a promo code in the series registration description. Please apply before checkout. Family discount cannot be applied retroactively. 

 


Registration 

*Registration for martial arts programs allows a participant to attend as many classes as the program offers per week.

Registration opens for Aikido, Jodo, and Karate Jun-Jul 2025 on May 1, 2025

JCCC Program Protocol

As of July 4, 2022 the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre’s Health Protection Policy has been suspended. However we will continue to require to follow public health recommendations as necessary.

Failure to follow JCCC guideline and processes could result in a loss of opportunity to participate in our programming.
